• Whole Duck: (1) Whole Duck (trimmed for roasting), (1) package herbed butter (five spice and black pepper), (1) 2oz portion of rendered duck fat, (1) package of house-made Beef Bresaola. (1) bottle of White Mountain Ginger Vodka
